EMBROIDERY
The embroidery is handmade and sewn onto your jumper of choice by hand. These are securely attached and should not fall off, however, if this happens, please contact us immediately to be fixed. Please note the embroidery may start to come off or change due to regular wear and tear overtime.

DISPATCH
This jumper typically takes 2-7 working days to make and dispatch.
Please allow some extra time during busier periods.
PACKAGING
The jumper will be packed carefully instead a strong white poly mailer. The package will include a care guide to help you better take care of the jumper
Embroidered garments require special care. Please follow below instructions when laundering your apparel:
• Wash with a mild detergent on delicate cycle with cold water.
• Dry on delicate, low heat and low tumble cycle.
• Do not wring out embroidered apparel.
• Iron embroidery from the reverse side, or between two pieces of cloth.
